1000 sq. ft. Compact Configuration

A standardized two-bedroom housing configuration designed for efficient deployment in regional, northern, and remote settings. Manufactured in Canada using a hybrid steel-and-wood structural system, this model prioritizes durability, energy efficiency, and transport resilience. Suitable for permanent occupancy, workforce housing, and smaller family households, including off-grid or limited-infrastructure environments.

1200 sq. ft. Standard Configuration

A flexible two- or three-bedroom housing configuration designed to support long-term family occupancy. This model balances space efficiency with adaptability, allowing deployment across Indigenous communities, regional municipalities, and workforce-linked housing needs. Engineered for cold-climate performance, energy efficiency, and permanent use under applicable building codes.

1400 sq. ft. Family Configuration

A three-bedroom housing configuration designed for full-time family living and community-scale deployment. This model supports larger households while maintaining standardized construction, predictable costs, and compliance with permanent building requirements. Suitable for owner-occupied family housing, community developments, and long-term institutional use.

600 sq. ft. Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) — ADU Configuration

A compact, permanent dwelling designed as a secondary housing unit for infill, family support, or supplemental housing needs. Manufactured in Canada and engineered for durability and energy efficiency, this configuration supports accessory use within existing communities, remote deployment, or transitional housing applications where appropriate.
